PDF Insights Server is a server package of MoneyThumb’s PDF conversion engine. It is intended to be installed on customer servers and be accessed either via a web application or a batch operation. It is the same server package that is used by MoneyThumb Online.
PDF Insights Server can be accessed either via the command line to process single files with a minimum of options, or via a Java API with a full set of options. PDF Convert Server can be licensed to generate either transactions as a list of transaction records, or to convert transactions to accounting formats such as .qbo for QuickBooks or .qfx for Quicken. PDF Convert Server also includes PDF+, so that scanned PDF’s can be converted in addition to downloaded statements.
The Java API allows input from either a PDF file, or a byte stream representation of a PDF file. Processing options include account type selection, selection for multiple accounts, and selection of multiple statements in a single PDF. Output can either be JSON, Java objects (POJO’s) or a csv file with individual transactions. Conversion information such as number of credits and debits, totals, and balance reconciliation information is also returned.
Each account on each monthly statement counts as one conversion. Unused conversions roll over when your subscription renews. Auto-Refill automatically renews whenever you reach 1% of the purchased conversions or 5 conversions remaining.
